How Mere Hotels Verifies Hotel Listings

Before a hotel becomes publicly bookable, MereHotels requires an approved hotel record and active online room inventory. Hotel partners are responsible for keeping their legal, property, room, price, amenity, photo and policy information accurate.

Platform checks

• The hotel and vendor account must pass the applicable onboarding and approval workflow.
• Public inventory must be active, available and enabled for online booking.
• Hotel and room information must be sufficient for a guest to make a booking decision.
• Listings may be restricted or removed when information is misleading, inventory is unavailable, or material service and safety concerns require review.
